Startup CEO Terms & Conditions

FEES

The fee for Startup CEO Academy ("Program") are the following two options: 1 payment of $1,500 or 6 monthly payments of $297, you will pay the first installment today, and $297 each month for 5 additional months from purchase for a total payment of $1,782. If you choose to pick this option, you are responsible for all 6 payments. Please note that if you choose the 6 payment option, One Big Happy Life, LLC retains the right to suspend access to any program if payments are not made as they are due. Further, if at any time there is a past due payment, access to the program will be temporarily restricted until the account is in current financial standing. Please note that by selecting the 6 monthly payment option, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. 

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Program is developed strictly for educational purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for the results of the Program. Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Client understands that because of the nature of the program, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. Client accepts that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will receive any specific financial or business outcome as a result of participation in the Program. Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. Company assumes not responsibility for errors and omissions that may appear in program materials.
