HOW DO I ACCESS MY PROGRAMS?
- In order to access the program area you must activate your account using the invitation link that we sent in the invitation email.
- Search your email for the invitation email with the subject line: "You’ve been granted access to a One Big Happy Life Program!"
- Click the "Accept Invitation" button
- Follow the instructions to set your password.
When you log in for the first time, we recommend starting with the Start Here section to get oriented with the platform.

You’ll find all of your purchased programs under the "Courses" section.
If you don’t see the invitation email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have landed there.
how do i reset my password?
Once you have activated your account, this is how you can log on going forward:
- Log in to the One Big Happy Life program portal here: https://onebighappylife.circle.so.
- Use the email address associated with your purchase to log in along with the password you set.
- If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot your password?" Link on the log on page.
IT'S SAYING THAT I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THAT PAGE
Here are a couple of things you can try:
- Make sure that you have first clicked the button to accept your invitation to the program inside the email "You've been granted access to a One Big Happy Life program!"
- Make sure that you are logging using the correct email address (the email you used to purchase your program).
- Use your web browser NOT the circle app.
- Make sure that you're logging on to the community using the email address that you used to purchase your OBHL program.
- Make sure that you log out if you are logged in using a different email address.
- Reset your password.
